OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAMME

Au sein de l’Unite d’appui administratif du Bureau de pays (CSU), fournir un appui et des services dans les actions en relation avec la logistique.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

L’Assistant Logistique Fleet est place sous l’autorite generale de l’Administrateur charge des Operations du Bureau, et la supervision directe du charge de Support Operationnel et Logistique du Bureau execute les taches suivantes : Promouvoir le respect des procedures en matiere conduite automobile; S’assurer que tous les vehicules sont fonctionnels et en conformite (MOSS) avant leur utilisation; Appuyer le responsable gestion de parc vehicules dans le planning de deploiement des vehicules du bureau OMS/RDC; Diffuser et orienter dans l’utilisation d’outils standards; Sous les orientations du charge de la logistique, actualiser le planning des mouvements vers et depuis les aeroports (international et national) d’apres les informations collectees aupres de l’Assistant Travel, et les Assistants des Sous Bureaux ; Informer les logisticiens par e-mail des mouvements des vehicules en communiquant les informations relatives : nombre et nom des passagers, jour et heure depart, immatriculation du vehicule etc; Mettre en relation les chauffeurs et personnels transportes en cas de deploiement hors des lieux d’affectation et ceux arrivant pour tout besoin de mouvement. Faire le suivi des vehicules deployes; Mettre a jour sur base journaliere le fichier annexe a l’inventaire vehicule sur format predefini ainsi que la base de donnees informatisee Trackpoint. Ce fichier est utilise au quotidien pour tout vehicule additionnel, retire ou vehicule venant en remplacement; Mettre a jour la liste de contacts des logisticiens et coordonnateur terrain par localite; Compilation des donnees collectees sur base du « Bordereau de certification des services rendus de location de vehicule »; Briefer l’equipe transport et le personnel sur l’utilisation des outils Assurer la presence d’autocollant OMS lors d’engagement de nouveaux vehicules et leur retrait en fin de contrat. CARBURANT Proceder aux pleins des vehicules sur base du fichier inventaire actualise et inserer les donnees dans le programme informatise Trackpoint; Assurer l’approvisionnement en carburant des vehicules et des generateurs OMS; Compiler les donnees relatives aux pleins de carburant sur le fichier standard; Etre Garant de l’utilisation de l’outil « suivi utilisation vehicule & carburant ». Assurer la disponibilite de fiche. Collecte les fiches remplies. DIVERS Apporter un appui au Gestionnaire du parc vehicule dans le cadre de location de vehicules, existence d’assurance valide, detention par le chauffeur du permis de conduire; Capitalisation de l’information.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Essential: Le travail exige un cycle secondaire complet avec une formation technique appliquee a la mecanique, au Transport ou a la Logistique.
Desirable: Formation dans le domaine des Urgences serait un atout

Experience

Essential: Minimum 5 annees d’experience averees dans la gestion logistique, le transport et la mecanique.
Desirable: Une experience significative sur un postesimilaire de Fleet. Une experience dans le domaine des urgences serait un atout.

Skills

Ce travail exige une experience demontree dans le domaine de la logistique; fiable, rigoureux et capable de travailler de maniere semi-autonome, en equipe et en coordination, dans le respect des procedures.Parfaite maitrise de l’outil informatique (Windows Office); Familiarite avec les procedures administratives et les besoins du bureau en matiere de transport ; Capacite a rediger des rapports; Adherer aux valeurs de l’organisation

REMUNERATION

WHO offers staff in the General Services category an attractive remuneration package, which for the above position includes an annual net base salary starting at USD 21,922 (subject to mandatory deductions for pension contributions and health insurance, as applicable) and 30 days of annual leave.
