1.   CONTEXT

We are looking for  several proactive and results-oriented leads generator to join our team. Leads generators within SH will be responsible for identifying potential prospects, qualifying prospects and initiating the first steps of the sales process. Ideal candidates should be energetic, persuasive and able to uncover new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline. They will work closely with the Executive Committee to define product sales objectives and strategy.

2.   ORGANIZATIONAL POSITION

 He/she will be under the direct supervision of the Senior Market Development Manager.

3. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 The post holder will assume the following tasks and responsibilities:

3.1 Lead identification:

  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels, such as online research, industry events and networking.

3.2 Lead qualification:

  •  Qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points, decision-making process, and likelihood of conversion.
  •   Provide feedback and insights on lead quality and effectiveness of lead generation strategies.

3.3 Prospecting for leads:

  • Contact leads by phone, email, or other communication methods to present the company’s products or services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and activities in the CRM system.

3.4 Cross-functional collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams including development, marketing, sales and customer service to align goals and actions.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads for further development.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to share updates, progress and survey results.
4. SKILLS

  •  Effective Communication:  The ability to communicate clearly and persuasively is essential. This includes both writing and speaking, enabling one to interact effectively with prospects.
  • Sales Skills: Mastering sales techniques is crucial to qualifying prospects and guiding them through the sales process.
  • Market analysis: Knowing how to analyze market trends and consumer behaviors helps identify the best lead generation opportunities.
  • Using CRM Tools: Mastery of customer relationship management (CRM) tools is necessary to track interactions with prospects and optimize the sales process.
  • Research and Prospecting: Strong research skills to identify new prospects through various sources including social media and databases.
  • Time Management: The ability to manage your time effectively helps you prioritize tasks and achieve lead generation goals.
  • Persuasion and Negotiation:Be able to persuade and negotiate effectively with prospects to encourage them to engage in the purchasing process.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to market changes and prospect needs is crucial to remaining relevant and effective.
  • Teamwork: The ability to collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to maximize lead generation efforts.
  • Sense of Initiative: Be proactive in seeking out new opportunities and optimizing lead generation strategies to improve business results.
  • Ability to Develop and Maintain a Network: Have a strong network of contacts within companies, decision-makers and influential people, or the ability to create and cultivate these relationships to facilitate access to new business opportunities.

 

Profil recherché

5.    QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  •  Degree in marketing, sales, communications, or a related field;
  • Certifications in sales or digital marketing can also be an asset;
  • Proof of success in identifying and converting prospects into customers, with quantifiable examples of results achieved.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales.
6.   LANGUAGES

  • Perfect written and oral command of English
7.    COMPUTER SCIENCE

  • Computer skills(Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Mastery of social networks and lead generating platforms;
