Role in brief

We are working to improve the routine immunisation coverage in the country.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  1. Plan, execute and capture insights from the field;
  2. Use data and other information for analysis and decision making purposes;
  3. Plan and develop strategies;
  4. Design and implement new systems, further develop existing ones to dramatically improve project outcomes;
  5. Identify and understand issues; break down problems and identify root causes and different dimensions;
  6. Give recommendations constructing multiple scenarios and advise where necessary;
  7. Develop excellent relationships and work with senior government officials, international partners;
  8. Access international evidence and lessons about what works.

We Look For

  1. Excellent English and French – interviews are in both languages;
  2. At least 1 year of work experience in management and strategy consulting;
  3. Proven track record of working in the country;
  4. Previous work experience in the public sector is an advantage;
  5. Strong analytical skills;
  6. Good communication skills;
  7. Outstanding problem-solving skills;
  8. Highly developed interpersonal skills;
  9. Strong drive and motivation;
  10. Interest in social issues and public sector development;
  11. Willingness to travel.
