Role in brief
We are working to improve the routine immunisation coverage in the country.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and capture insights from the field;
- Use data and other information for analysis and decision making purposes;
- Plan and develop strategies;
- Design and implement new systems, further develop existing ones to dramatically improve project outcomes;
- Identify and understand issues; break down problems and identify root causes and different dimensions;
- Give recommendations constructing multiple scenarios and advise where necessary;
- Develop excellent relationships and work with senior government officials, international partners;
- Access international evidence and lessons about what works.
We Look For
- Excellent English and French – interviews are in both languages;
- At least 1 year of work experience in management and strategy consulting;
- Proven track record of working in the country;
- Previous work experience in the public sector is an advantage;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Good communication skills;
- Outstanding problem-solving skills;
- Highly developed interpersonal skills;
- Strong drive and motivation;
- Interest in social issues and public sector development;
- Willingness to travel.
