Integrated Community Case Management (ICCM) Assistant – Baidoa – Somali-National only

The ICCM Assistant, who will be based in Baidoa and will have the responsibility for the technical management of SCI’s ICCM projects in baidoa in collaboration with the ministry of health. the position holder will have the implementation responsibility of ICCM projects in Baidoa through the guidance of the health Coordinator and ensures that the implementation of the projects is carried out in line with SCI/Ministry of Health policies and guidelines.
The ICCM Project Assistant will take the overall responsibility of the day-to-day implementation of the ICCM activities in their respective areas by leading the coordination of ICCM activities and working closely with the community.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor Science in Nurse or Public Health/community health
- More than (1) year experience in primary health care implementation
- Experience in working with community health workers
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Experience of living and traveling in remote and hard to reach areas
Experience obtained in working with International Organizations such as UN or I NGOs in similar field of work
